Nature of the service
OmanHomes is a search and display engine for property listings in Greater Muscat. Listings are aggregated from third-party sources such as Instagram and Dubizzle, and shown for informational purposes only. We are not a real estate broker and not a party to any transaction.
Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to structure the data, but prices, sizes, photos, and specifications originate from the brokers themselves and may change or be inaccurate. Always verify with the broker directly before making any purchase, rental, or travel decision.
Limitation of liability
OmanHomes is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on content, broker communication, or completed transactions. Any agreement between you and a broker is between you and the broker only.
User accounts
Some features (like saving listings) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Intellectual property
The site design, logo, and code belong to OmanHomes. Listing photos and text remain the property of their original owners and are displayed in good faith under fair use. If you own content and would like it removed, email [email protected].
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any dispute will be referred to the courts of Muscat.
